Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant with bookkeeping abilities, payroll experience, and the ability to manage our GHL CRM effectively. The ideal candidate should have a thorough knowledge of QBO and Gusto, with the willingness to learn new skills. Previous experience is a plus, along with proficiency in English communication skills, both written and verbal.
List of tools or apps the client prefers the VA to be familiar with:

- Google Calendar (must)
- Calendly (must)
- Gusto (advantage)
- GoHighLevel (advantage)
