Job Description: IT Specialist
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
– Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
– Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripheral devices.
– Monitor and maintain system performance for reliability and availability.
– Implement security measures to protect data and systems.
– Document IT processes and configurations.
Requirements:
– Proficient in SQL/Oracle queries and performance optimization.
– Expertise in TCP/IP, XML, and Table-to-Table data transfer.
– Experience with barcode scanning, RF hardware, and voice software systems.
