Job Description
Primary responsibilities:
- Invoices and statement billing to customers and travel agents.
- Weekly reports for invoices and statements.
- Mails & receives accounting documents.
- Performs assigned duties.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Performs tasks effectively.
- Reports incidents, guest complaints, etc., to the supervisor.
- Attends meetings as requested.
- Responsible for cost-saving on office supplies.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Reports in prescribed uniform and well-groomed.
- Receives instructions from the supervisor at the start of shift.
- Performs duties professionally and responsively.
- Knowledgeable of work-related items.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
