Description
- Ensures all store operation processes under him/her shift run effectively and efficiently based on standard operating procedure.
- Ensure that all store personnel under him/her are well-rounded in the performance of their job.
- Handles store personnel and ensures proper grooming, greetings, and performance of tasks.
- Review and document damages and ensure appropriate disposal process.
- In-charge of the total security and cleanliness of the store for the welfare of the customers and employees in general.
Qualifications
- At least College Level
- With at least 1-year leadership role experience in any retail business.
- Willing to be assigned B2 L2 Mercury Cor. Saturn St. Camella Homes, 2D Salinas 2, Bacoor City, Cavite.
