Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruits, trains, and manages the in-house sales team to meet targets.
- Develops sales strategies, identifies new markets, and creates campaigns.
- Sets targets, recruits, and ensures team performance.
- Manages performance, provides coaching, and prepares reports.
- Assists in closing sales and fulfills document requirements.
- Performs assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 4-year course graduate with 10 years Sales team management experience in Real Estate.
- Good communication, management, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php50,00.00 per month
