Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Agent (Billing) to join our team. In this role, you will handle billing inquiries, resolve customer issues related to invoicing and payments, and ensure customer satisfaction. Assist customers with payment plans, update billing information, and provide charge explanations.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach. Prior customer service experience, especially in billing or finance, is preferred. Proficiency in billing software and CRM systems is a plus.
