Job Description
- Checking Service Invoices to be released (payment vs invoices)
- Checking of New Vehicle to be released (all documents needed)
- Daily Inquiries of Agents (different transactions of clients)
- Petty Cash Custodian – checking reimbursement/liquidation of employees
- Monitoring of Fleet Card
- Checking of Clearing Checks
- Ability to Multi-task
- Correcting high-ranking positions in terms of documentation of sales
