Job Description
WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT
- Organize and ensure implementation of work onsite.
- Prepare work plan and work deployment arrangement.
- Monitor warehouse progress and manage performance of the warehouse operation.
- Ensure safety in the warehouse and organize regular inspections.
- Participate in warehouse layout design and move-in preparations.
LEADERSHIP
- Coordinate with HR for training needs and team competence.
- Maintain good relationships with stakeholders and ensure policy compliance.
- Prepare KPIs, monitor team performance, and ensure targets are met.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years experience in Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Advanced knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS.
- Experience in start-up management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Overtime
Ability to commute/relocate: Calamba, Laguna
