Job Description
Support and work with Sales Training and key business stakeholders to build and develop the capability of the Sales and Marketing new hires.
Coordinate closely with the Human Resource Team regarding the completion of schedules and new hire enlistment.
Design, implement, conduct, and monitor the new employees’ Onboarding programs, from Day 0 to Day 180.
Effectively organize the new hire training coverages and schedules per position and or level.
Handle coordination with the Subject Matter Experts from Sales & Marketing and other Divisions relevant to the Onboarding Training Program.
Ensure delivery and completion of functional training programs related to New Employee Onboarding.
Handle communication of Mentors and Buddies for the new hires.
Support the Sales Training Manager in designing and implementing the Training Needs Analyses (TNA) for identifying unique training and development needs in the field.
Liaise with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) with the accreditation requirements needed and ensures completeness of the documents.
Observe the timely compliance with PRC and properly adhere to the requirements to be submitted.
Prepare and submit the Onboarding report based on the agreed deadlines.
