Job Description
As a Recruitment Coordinator for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team at IBM, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process for our clients. Your responsibilities include coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates and clients, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
Your primary duties will involve scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and assisting in the onboarding process. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining applicant tracking systems and providing updates to candidates and hiring managers.
We are seeking candidates with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for recruitment. Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with recruiting software are highly desirable.
