Job Description
We are currently seeking an Office Staff to join our Collections team. The main responsibility of this role is to manage and organize all aspects of the collections process within our company.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in collections or a similar role is preferred.
Key tasks include contacting customers for payment, maintaining accurate records of all collections activities, and working closely with other team members to ensure deadlines are met.
