Job Description
We are currently seeking a Shareholder Administrator with a background in Banking, Finance, or Accounting Administration. As a Shareholder Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and administrating the interests of our shareholders.
Your main duties will include maintaining shareholder records, processing shareholder transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also assist in organizing shareholder meetings and communications.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
