Job Description
We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Collector & Credit Investigator in Metro Davao. As a Collector & Credit Investigator, you will be responsible for collecting overdue payments from customers and conducting credit investigations to assess credit risks.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in collections or credit investigation is preferred.
This position requires strict adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as the ability to work independently and meet targets effectively.
