We are delighted to introduce an exciting opportunity to join the HLA team as a Visual Merchandiser. This role is pivotal in creating captivating visual displays that enhance our brand’s aesthetic and drive customer engagement. As our Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in showcasing our products and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of VM Experience, preferably in a known clothing brand
- Bachelor’s degree of Diploma in Fashion design, arts, or related major
- Can Converse well in English
- Has a strong sense of color, collocation, and fashion trends
- Updated and knowledgeable on the local trends and preference of local customers to be able give reasonable suggestions
- Willing to travel within Metro Manila and outside of Metro Manila
- Can communicate and coordinate well with sales staff
Responsibilities/Job Description:
- Responsible for displaying the goods in the store per the headquarter standards, including the window, throwing platform, and the store shelf
- Reports adjustments that are needed to be sent back to the HQ in time
- Responsible for displaying new arrivals on the shop floor, and ensuring that all color numbers are displayed properly
- Analyze the store sales data and inventory every week and adjust the display of bestsellers, least selling items, and goods with large inventory according to the requirements of the headquarters
- Adjust the display of goods that are sold out or are below the required inventory level in a timely manner
- Attend regular exhibition training from Headquarters
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php28,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
