Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain food safety and hygiene practices
- Stock ordering and management
- Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
- Menu creation and costing
- Supervise and train kitchen team
- Manage Sushi area with high standard
- Provide quality food within budget
- Develop and train team members
Requirements:
- Lead kitchen and restaurant staff
- Understand OH&S procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Commercial Cookery qualification
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine
- Creative menu creation
- 3-4 years Sushi/Japanese Chef experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
