Job Description
The role involves overseeing the interim orphan adoption activities in Retail Distribution channels until the full automation of the transfer of business process. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the smooth adoption of orphan policies, reducing the orphan ratio, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely communication via email and SMS on transfer of business to distributors and policy owners.
- Deliver assigned tasks such as sending orphan lists, policy cleanup, tracking transferred policies, and collaborating with the Licensing team.
- Collaborate with the project manager, review processes for improvement, and report on project progress.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, 2 years relevant experience, familiarity with insurance policies and automated systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Php24,00.00 per month
