Job Description
The real time analyst is a crucial workforce management role at Universal Access and Systems Solutions Inc. The role involves intraday performance management to ensure schedule adherence, meet service level targets, achieve occupancy and utilization goals, optimize staffing levels, and align to current call volume and patterns.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for real-time monitoring and adherence management to maximize productivity based on schedules.
- Monitor and analyze real-time transaction volume and intraday performance.
- Prepare intraday reports to drive and manage agent productivity and performance.
- Manage time-off requests and shift schedule swaps to meet service level requirements.
- Communicate daily performance to shift managers in the contact center.
