Position Overview:
The Hotel Booking Call Center Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and clients looking to make hotel reservations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other communication channels as required.
- Assist customers in modifying or canceling reservations in accordance with hotel policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to reservations.
- Promote special deals, packages, and room upgrades to maximize hotel occupancy.
- Provide feedback for process improvements.
