Job Description
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment process.
- Conduct new employee orientations.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for HR policies.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts.
Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Assist employees with benefits-related questions.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance review process.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions.
- Identify and develop training programs.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR compliance.
