Job Description
Qualifications:
- Completed High school (old or new curriculum)
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
- Good to excellent in verbal, listening, and communication skills.
- With BPO experience is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner using the suggested script.
- Answering telephonic and e-mail inquiries promptly.
- Referring queries to your line manager if unable to answer them.
