Position Overview:
The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat requests from customers seeking technical assistance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Provide customers with accurate information about product features, capabilities, and limitations.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
