Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
The Ticketing Account Representative handles inbound and outbound calls for ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer calls regarding ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
- Assist customers with the ticketing platform and technical issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Protect customer data following guidelines.
