Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
The Healthcare Call Center Account Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to healthcare clients, patients, and providers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and clear information regarding healthcare services, insurance coverage, billing, and appointment scheduling.
- Resolve customer complaints related to healthcare services, billing discrepancies, and insurance claims effectively.
- Accurately enter and update patient information in the healthcare management system.
- Communicate updates on healthcare policies, procedures, or insurance plans to customers.
