Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Operations Trainer in the Rizal Area. As a trainer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and growth of our store operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering training programs to store staff to ensure consistent and efficient operational processes.
- Conducting training sessions on various topics such as customer service, inventory management, and product knowledge.
- Assessing the training needs of individual staff members and providing ongoing coaching and support.
- Monitoring store operations to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborating with the management team to develop and review operational policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of retail operations. Previous experience as a trainer in a retail environment is highly preferred.
