Job Description
A Shift Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities during a specific shift.
The main responsibilities include:
- Supervising a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring they perform their duties efficiently.
- Creating and implementing maintenance schedules and work plans.
- Inspecting equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.
- Coordinating with other departments, such as operations and engineering, to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe work environment.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment, excellent problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities.
