Job Description
The primary tasks will be to organize training materials, manage training programs, and ensure that the costs of planned programs do not exceed the budget. Includes also monitoring and evaluating trainee progress, collaborating with department managers to determine training and development needs, and presenting trainee program reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Training and Development
- Identify and gauge thoroughly training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.
- Develop, design, and implement training and development programs.
- Organize training materials and oversee training programs.
- Ensure training programs remain within budget.
- Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors.
Organizational Development
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide consultation services to employees on policies, procedures, and performance management.
- Manage performance appraisal and feedback programs.
Office Administration
- Coordinates with document control
- Handles other HR administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in Training and Development or similar role
- Registered Psychometrician
- Strong research, writing, and planning skills
- Located in Mandaluyong and CAN START ASAP
