Job Description
Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Fluent in English
- With work experience related to Logistics Industry
- Computer Literate / Flexible
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Experience working with customer support – chat, inbound, outbound
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and Delivery Monitoring
- Providing Reports and updates to Clients
- Tracking and Monitoring of proof of delivery
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php22,00.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Alabang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Required)
Experience:
