Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, LEADERSHIP SKILLS, GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent particularly Mid and High Rise Projects.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises the site engineers and site supervisors
- Obligated to report directly to PM of on-site and technical issues
- Coordinate with clients counterpart
- Attends daily coordination meetings and takes responsibility as the head of the site when his Project Manager is not around
- Monitor and Control Manpower, Resources and Site Daily activities to meet daily target accomplishments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php70,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
Experience:
- Project Management: 1 year (Preferred)
