Job Description
- Inventory Management: Keeping track of all spare parts in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, organizing, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Processing inbound and outbound orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that the correct items are picked, packed, and received by engineers/customers in good condition.
- Compliance: Ensuring that the warehouse is a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations, implementing proper storage practices in accordance with ZTE’s compliance management.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and other warehouse activities.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Experience in warehouse operation or related field preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management and basic computer skills for record keeping
- Attention to detail for maintaining accurate inventory records and order accuracy
- Knowledgeable of safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural team environment
- Willingness to work Monday – Saturday and start immediately
