Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Automation Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, developing automation solutions, and optimizing workflow efficiencies across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and document existing business processes using flowcharts and process diagrams.
- Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within current processes.
- Develop and implement automation solutions using SQL, Power Automation, and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate automation within existing systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation solutions.
- Regularly report on automation impact, suggesting further improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in business process automation and technology.
- Continuously seek to enhance technical skills and business understanding.
Qualifications:
- Any degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of programming, SQL, and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Ability to create detailed flowcharts and process diagrams.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience or internships in business process analysis or automation is a plus.
- Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools.
- Proactive and driven, with an eagerness to learn and contribute.

Salary: Php45,00.00 – Php55,00.00 per month
