Job Description
- Assists the Discipline Officer in developing a University discipline policy.
- Assists in handling administrative matters relating to student discipline work.
- Assists in forming and leading a University discipline team to plan and develop student discipline work with specific objectives for the University year.
- Helps coordinate all functions organized by the University discipline team and participates in other functional team meetings.
- Helps liaise with outside organizations and agencies and coordinate their services to strengthen University discipline work. Monitors cases of student complaints, grievances, and offenses and reports their status.
- Issues notices for discussions, meetings, and hearings related to student discipline actions of the Discipline Committees and other Grievance Committee hearings.
Qualifications:
- BS Psychology or any related course
- 1-2 years experience in a school setting/discipline management
- Knowledge of student handbook
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- General knowledge of various employment laws & practices
Work Location: Fairview, Quezon City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,500.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
