Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess experience in MEPF and other related engineering designs for large residential and commercial projects.
- Develop visual presentations and design studies.
- Prepare 2D and 3D presentations and Engineering Studies.
- Review and produce structural and engineering plans.
- Manage submission of MEPF consultants and billings.
- Monitor project status and conduct site inspections.
- Perform quality control/assurance on all sites.
- Produce project estimates and translate drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and contractors.
- Provide technical assistance during bidding and evaluation.
- Apply power and water systems to projects.
- Conduct inspections and research new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in mechanical design, preferably in property development.
- Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools.

Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
