Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers seeking information or making reservations for hotel accommodations.
- Process hotel reservations accurately using reservation software.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Stay updated on hotel policies and promotions.
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or college undergraduates.
- Prior experience in a related field preferred.
- Able to work on-site and attend interviews.
