Job Description
Caldwell Communications is seeking candidates to join our team in the position of CHAT/EMAIL – Hotel Online Booking – PURE NON-VOICE at TeleServices Caldwell.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues promptly without transferring calls.
- Match customers’ needs with clients’ products/services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to gain customer buy-in.
- Share information with clients and colleagues.

Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
