Job Description
As an HR Coordinator, you will ensure the overall delivery of HR-quality service to achieve member satisfaction. Functions will include:
Timekeeping and Payout
- You will verify total required hours worked, extended hours, and other timekeeping-related information
- Prepare payroll summary and endorse it to the client for approval
- Submit the approved payroll summary/Service Activity Records (SAR) for payout processing
- Distribute check payout and payslips within 24 hours from the payout date
People Supervision
- Identify, attend to, and resolve members’ issues and concerns
Reportorial Requirements
- Gather and submit data such as absenteeism, tardiness, turnover, profitability, safety practices, fulfillment reports, and member-related data
- Receive billing documents from processors and submit to the key people
Qualifications
- Willing to work in Nuvali, Laguna
- Can start ASAP
- Preferably with Supervisory experience (Ideally in construction or has an idea with the industry)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
