Job Description
We are looking for a talented Joinery Estimator to join our client’s team in New Zealand.
Duties will include:-
- Tender for commercial joinery projects
- Obtain competitive prices from supplier / subcontractors and review
- Keep up to date on new materials and products
- Prepare quotes and tender submissions for management review in the appropriate time frame
- Liaising with project managers and architects
- Tender follow-ups
- Providing value management options
- Attend any required meetings
Skills required:-
- Must be experienced in commercial joinery estimation or similar
- Ability to read and competently understand architectural drawings and do joinery take-offs
- Experience with Planswift estimation software
- High attention to detail
- Have advanced negotiation skills
- Be able to work autonomously and have great time management skills
- Have excellent computer skills
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be hardworking and have a positive upbeat attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
