Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assign job to Technicians and inform Service Advisor the finish time
- Ensure proper distribution & execution of all repair orders
- Update job control board for synchronization between reception and workshop
- Ensure job completion as promised and update Service Advisor on any delay
Qualifications
- College Graduate or Vocational Courses
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Strong knowledge of automotive technology and industry
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Preferably with a valid driver’s license
