Job Description
OVERALL PURPOSE:
- To coordinate with sales, customers, & delivery personnel to provide timely feedback and increase customer satisfaction with our delivery service.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitors delivery trucks to ensure on-time arrival to the customer
- Provide feedback and solutions for customer complaints
- Inform sales of any issues encountered by truckers
- Constantly suggest improvements to work processes and service
- Assist truckers on various customer-related problems
- Seek feedback from customers regarding delivery service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
