We are a dynamic import-export company seeking a skilled and proactive International Purchasing Specialist. We are specifically looking for a candidate of Filipino nationality who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will be able to identify reliable suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure the quality and delivery times of the products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Identification and Evaluation: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers globally, with a focus on strategic markets.
• Price Negotiation: Negotiate favorable prices and terms of purchase to maximize value.
• Quality and Delivery Oversight: Ensure product quality meets our standards and that delivery schedules are adhered to.
• Communication Management: Maintain effective and clear communication with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to uncover new product opportunities and trends.

Requirements:

• Nationality: Filipino
• Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Negotiation Expertise: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in securing favorable terms.
