Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an HR – Timekeeping Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining employee time records, processing time-off requests, and ensuring accuracy in payroll transactions.
Key responsibilities include assisting in the implementation and maintenance of timekeeping systems, generating reports for management review, and responding to employee inquiries regarding timekeeping matters.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, and a basic understanding of HR policies and procedures. Prior experience in timekeeping or HR administration is a plus.
