Roles and Responsibilities:
- In charge of handling incoming customer orders and complaints
- Coordinate with Sales team and Logistics for order processing and delivery
This could be for you if you’re:
- Graduate in Business Admin, Commerce, Economics, or equivalent
- 2-5 years Customer Service experience
- Familiar with computer systems and data entry
- Experience with SAP and MS Software
- Background in Food Service Industry and supply chain management
- Location: Tanza, Cavite
