Job Description
We are growing our Global Business Services in the Philippines and are seeking finance professionals to join our newly established team at Fresenius Medical Care as FP&A Analyst / Specialist / Senior Specialist. Join our centralized FP&A team in our Global Manila Hub and take charge of various FP&A transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of periodic reports for group purposes
- Preparation of management reports
- Extract data for Financial Reporting
- Extraction of data for preparation of forecasts and simulations
- Uploads and submits monthly forecast data
- Validate and control checks of submitted data
- Support the local country team in preparation of analytical tasks and ad-hoc data
- Participate in the implementation of new procedures
- Identify opportunities for automation or standardization
- Share best practices and new methods with the team
- Perform tasks against agreed Service Levels and Metrics
- Maintain process documentation
Expectations:
- 1 – 5 years of experience in FP&A, reporting, or accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- University degree in Economics or Finance
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of finance processes
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
