Job Description
Job/Position Summary: Under the general supervision of the Team Leader, performs various tasks pertinent to Customer Service, resolving customer concerns, answering calls, and reading/responding to emails ensuring accurate information delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries.
- Accurately document and update records.
- Follow up timely to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain diplomacy when dealing with upset calls.
Specifications:
- Problem-solving skills.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Bi-lingual (English), proficient in written and spoken communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php14,00.00 per month
