Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Healthcare division. As a CSR Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to customers regarding healthcare services, insurance claims, and general inquiries.
Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently. Strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Experience in the healthcare industry or customer service is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
