Job Description
A virtual remote call center, Dealer eTraining, is looking for customer service appointment-setting representatives to join our team. You’ll receive training and the opportunity to earn a great living while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM for client opportunities
- Schedule sales appointments via phone, chat, and email
- Contact customers per marketing campaigns
- Generate leads and confirm appointments
- Meet daily call and email quotas
Qualifications: Sales or customer service experience, professionalism, high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, reliability, punctuality, and fluency in English.
We provide services to U.S. auto dealerships, with pay based on appointments. Full-time position with a monthly salary of Php28,00.00 – Php45,00.00.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay available
Experience:
- 2 years in customer service preferred
