Job Description:
The Customer Relations Assistant role involves serving as the liaison between the company and customers regarding incoming shipments, handling receipt reports, and managing customer requests for goods withdrawal and proof of delivery. This position requires maintaining accounts through exceptional service and building strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Qualifications:
1. College graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php17,500.00 per month
