Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Take inbound customer calls to provide technical support with active listening and effective troubleshooting
- Stay updated on new procedures and escalate issues when necessary
- Transfer calls to other departments and provide detailed information professionally
Qualifications:
- College graduate or minimum 6 months BPO experience
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig, and able to start immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: From Php22,00.00 per month
