Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in Binangonan. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, ensuring that all equipment and machineries in a fabrication plant (heavy and light) are fully functional and up to date. They are in charge of scheduling and supervising maintenance staff and collaborating with other departments to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in repair and maintenance of heavy and light equipment and/or facilities management
- Experience in managing a team of maintenance staff
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Experience in project management, coordination, and budget planning
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
