Job Description
Leadership Role
- Supports the Store Supervisor in ensuring smooth Store operations and Customer experience journey.
- Assists in conducting performance reviews and talent development plan.
- Initiates and recommends training for developing a learning culture.
- Takes ownership of the branch in the absence of the Store Supervisor.
Store Operations
- Implements Sales plans to achieve targets.
- Coordinates Marketing promos and discounts.
- Monitors product and service needs for all clients.
- Ensures availability of products and maintains store cleanliness.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
University Degree in Business preferred; Retail experience is a plus.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Strong Leadership, Planning, Decision-Making, Customer Service, and Negotiation Skills required.
