Role: Customer Advocate at Boldr involves addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints about products and services, collaborating with teams for exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information with empathy
- Track and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Escalate issues when necessary and suggest improvements
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Stay informed on product knowledge and work closely with the team
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications and MS Office
- Strong communication and phone handling skills
- Quick learner of new technology
- Customer-oriented mindset and open to feedback
